We process the files and information needed to provide these tools. Audio and video files are uploaded to our server; they do not stay exclusively in your browser.

Temporary media

Uploads receive random storage names outside the public website directory. Download access is tied to your browser session. Original and converted files expire 60 minutes after upload. Downloads stop working at expiry; the scheduled cleanup removes expired files, normally within the next minute. A running conversion is removed after it finishes. Service outages can delay physical deletion.

Other information

An essential session cookie keeps your downloads associated with your browser and protects forms. Rate limiting stores a keyed hash derived from your IP address for up to 24 hours. Aggregate daily counts track tool, output format and success or failure without retaining visitor files or identifiers.

Contact submissions contain your name, email, subject and message and are retained up to 30 days. The hosting provider may maintain access/security logs under its own settings. The site owner must configure and disclose hosting log retention.

Optional services

Analytics and advertising are off by default. When the owner enables them, this site requests permission before loading optional scripts. Google services may process identifiers and usage information under their policies. Change your choices using Cookie choices.
