Choose an output that fits
Start with the format required by your player or editor. Auto uses 192 kbps for lossy output. WAV and FLAC use their own lossless encoding rules, so a lossy bitrate choice does not apply.
Your output, your settings
WAV here contains uncompressed 16-bit PCM audio. It is useful for editing and predictable playback, but occupies much more space than a lossy format. Converting a compressed source to WAV does not restore missing detail.
